Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?

All products are made on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, plus an additional 3–7 business days for domestic US delivery — for a total estimated delivery time of 5–12 business days.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! Once your order has been produced and shipped, you'll automatically receive an email with your tracking number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on select products. For all other items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product's shipping profile. The applicable rate will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we primarily ship within the United States. Please check at checkout for availability in your country.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference regarding color, design, or fit. We encourage you to review sizing guides carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We're sorry to hear that! Please report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery by emailing us at coraludesigns@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We'll make it right.

Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement, as production begins quickly. After that window, we're unable to cancel orders.

When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Print-on-Demand

What does "print-on-demand" mean?

Every CoRa Lu Designs product is made just for you when you place your order — we don't hold inventory. This means less waste, fresher designs, and products that are truly made to order. Your item is produced by our trusted third-party print-on-demand suppliers and shipped directly to you.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to represent colors accurately, but slight variations may occur due to monitor settings and the printing process. If you have questions about a specific product, feel free to reach out before ordering.

How do I care for my product?

Care instructions vary by product. Please refer to the individual product listing for specific care guidelines (e.g., hand-wash only for travel mugs).

Orders

Can I change my order after placing it?

Changes can only be made within 2 hours of order placement. Please email us immediately at coraludesigns@gmail.com if you need to make a change.

My package is lost — what do I do?

If your package appears lost, please contact us at coraludesigns@gmail.com and we'll investigate and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
