Thank you for shopping with Cora Lu Designs. All products in our store are custom-made to order and produced on demand. Because each item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Preference regarding color, design, or fit
• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will make it right with a free reprint or a full refund. To qualify:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Include clear photos and a description of the defect or damage
• Email us at CoraLuDesigns@gmail.com

We will review your claim and coordinate directly with our production partner to resolve the issue promptly. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Size & Fit

Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering. We are unable to offer exchanges for sizing issues, as all items are produced to order.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at CoraLuDesigns@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue. Please note:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses may delay delivery or result in package loss
• Orders returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
